Switchgear XGNS2-40.5 includes a series of expandable SF6-insulated metal-clad switchgear at a voltage rating of 40.5kV. All live parts of the primary high-voltage circuit are wholly enclosed in a welded cabinet of 3mm-thickness stainless steel sheets, which gives a small volume. The switchgear is not subject to the influence of surrounding conditions so it guarantees safe and reliable running and zero maintenance. It can be integrated as a module by using a plug-in expansion busbar. Meet the requirements of end users or network nodes and satisfy various demands.

4. Structure features
C-GIS is a whole modular assembly type structure, integrated machine of the typical plan is composed of six independent separated rooms, namely the busbar and three-position disconnector compartment, circuit breaker room, cable room, mechanism room, the up and down instrument room, which are easy to assemble. The high voltage partial gas box uses the mechanical hands automatic welding by the 3mm thick stainless steel plate after the numerical control machine tool processing, with small welding deformation and good air-tightness. The low voltage compartment is made of high-quality cold steel rolling that is bent by the numerical control machine tool, to weld, also uses a zinc steel plate coated with aluminium that is machined by the numerical control machine tool, and then connected by a high-strength fastener. Each gas box has independent gas leakage equipment to guarantee safeguard personal safety and equipment movement.
