GW4 - 12, 40.5, 72.5, 126, 145, 252 type isolating switches are outdoor high - voltage power transmission equipment with a three - phase AC frequency of 50Hz. They are used to open or close high - voltage lines under no - load conditions, so as to re - connect high - voltage lines, change the operation mode, and achieve safe electrical isolation for the busbars and circuit breakers under maintenance and other high - voltage electrical equipment.
This product is of double - column horizontal breaking - port middle - opening type, and grounding switches can be attached on one or both sides. The isolating switch adopts CS14G, CS17D or CS11 type manual operating mechanisms or CJ2 type motor operating mechanisms for three - pole or four - pole interlocking operation; the grounding switch adopts CS14G or CJ2 type motor operating mechanisms for three - pole or four - pole interlocking operation.

Structure Description

The GW4 series isolating switches are composed of three or four single - poles and operating mechanisms. Each single - pole is composed of a base, post insulators and conductive parts. Rotatable insulating posts are installed at both ends of a long - strip base, and the contact finger arms and contact head arms of the conductive blades are respectively fixed on the top of the insulating posts. The operating mechanism drives one - end insulating post to rotate, and drives the other - end insulating post to rotate 90° in the opposite direction through a cross - link, so that the conductive blade rotates on the horizontal plane, realizing the opening and closing of the isolating switch. An open state forms a horizontal insulating breaking - port.

Main Features

The conductive arms are made of rectangular aluminum alloy tubes, featuring high strength, light weight, large heat - dissipation area and good anti - corrosion performance.

Self - stress type contact fingers made of special copper alloy are adopted. Relying on the self - restoring elastic force of the contact fingers, reliable and effective contact between the contact head and the contact fingers is ensured, eliminating the vicious cycle of reduced contact clamping force, increased contact resistance and aggravated contact heating caused by spring corrosion, shunt heating and annealing.

The rotating parts of the isolating switch are designed for maintenance - free operation. The rotating seat is designed as a sealed structure, preventing water vapor, dust and harmful gases from entering, so that the molybdenum disulfide lithium - based lubricating grease in the bearing does not leak or solidify. The bearing seat is internally equipped with thrust ball bearings and radial ball bearings, which bear the gravity and horizontal component force of the isolating switch, so that the operating torque of the isolating switch does not increase after long - term operation.

The 12kV product adopts a common base frame design, which is debugged in the factory before leaving the factory, and no on - site debugging is required.
