Scope of application
1. The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters, more than 1000 meters and the factory agreed;
2. The ambient temperature -30℃~ 40℃;
3. The relative humidity is not more than 90%(25℃);
4. With no fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration places.
Inspection and acceptance
1. Check whether the package is intact, check the appearance after unpacking, and check whether the product nameplate is consistent with the certificate. Normal products are no different in the tube when shaken by hand, the glass or ceramic shell is complete, no mechanical damage, cracks in the ceramic ring is a normal phenomenon, does not affect the use of.
2. the vacuum switch tube should be used before a power frequency pressure test, before the test should be used dry towel or alcohol wet wipe to clean the surface.
2.1 Test specification: pull the vacuum switch tube contacts to the rated opening distance, add 70% of the rated power frequency withstand voltage at both ends to stabilize for one minute, and then rise to the rated power frequency withstand voltage within one minute to maintain one minute, no indication of meter pointer sudden change and tripping phenomenon is qualified.
2.2 Sporadic sparks and other light emitting phenomena are allowed in the tube.
Installation and use requirements
1. The installation should first install the accessories connected with the dynamic conductive rod, and then fix the vacuum switch tube. It is strictly forbidden to fix the vacuum switch tube and then turn the conductive rod. When adjusting or tightening the screw connected to the conductive rod, use a wrench to fix the wrench position on the conductive rod or use other methods to prevent the rotating conductive rod to prevent sprain the bellows. After fixing the vacuum switch tube, do not shake the conductive rod or hit the switch tube with hard objects.
2. Then the vacuum switch tube is working, it must have a guide device, so that the coaxial degree of the dynamic conductive rod to the axis of the whole tube meets the requirements, the bellows are not subjected to torsion, the three-phase synchronization meets the requirements, the insulation shell should not be forced horizontally, and the glass shell should not be subjected to longitudinal force more than 1500N.

4. The electrical and mechanical parameters of the switch cabinet are important guarantees for the reliable and stable operation of the vacuum switch tube. The whole machine design should pay attention to meet the technical indicators of the vacuum switch tube, and the parameter indicators of the original machine should be reached when replacing the vacuum switch tube.
Packaging transport storage:
1. The packaged vacuum switch tube can be transported by car, train, aircraft and other tools, in the car transport, the degree of turbulence is equivalent to the car in the third level road at a speed of 20Km/h.
2. The vacuum switch tube should be stored in a ventilated, dry, non-corrosive atmosphere of the room.
3. Each vacuum switch tube is accompanied by a product certificate, each box of products with a copy of the installation and use instructions.
