I. Purpose
Remote SF6 density sensor manifold, divided into two categories: one is battery-powered wireless remote SF6 density sensor; the other is RS485 (wired) remote SF6 density sensor. It is mainly used to control and monitor the density of SF6 gas in sealed containers. Generally used in SF6 high-voltage switch, medium-voltage switch, gas-insulated equipment (GIS), high-voltage cables, transformers and mutual inductors, and suitable for outdoor harsh environment. Installed in the equipment make-up gas or micro water measurement port; convenient and fast. It can transmit SF6 gas density (P20), temperature, pressure and micro water (optional) signals to the target equipment terminals over long distances. The remote SF6 density sensor valve set is reserved for replenishment port. At the same time, the manifold is equipped with safe and reliable circuit transmission function, establishing an effective platform for real-time data remote reading and information monitoring, and the corresponding terminal action is controlled by the target equipment by analysing the data.
The (wired) remote SF6 density sensor manifold aggregates data to an 8-port RS-485 hub via an RS485 interface. The hub uploads the data to the host management system through the RS485 interface. The target device can read the density and other information of the device in real time, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data. The data is reliably and safely transmitted to the equipment terminal, laying a solid hardware platform for the terminal equipment to make timely and effective control. It will become a powerful tool for electronic monitoring industry.
II. Features:
1. The main material of the shell: 6061-T6 aluminium and H59 copper, beautiful appearance.
2. Battery powered, gas density signal can be transmitted over long distances safely and reliably (wireless).
3. The transmission distance of the remote SF6 density sensor manifold: 0-5 kilometres (115200-300bps) (wired).
4. Temperature sensing element using imported materials, high precision, stable compensation performance.

6. The electronic remote transmission adopts the bus form, reducing the number of line connections.
III. Technical Parameter:
1.Core pressure sensor core using the US TE, battery 19000AH, can ensure at least five years without replacement. (Battery replacement: hand screw open the battery compartment cover, the power plug peeled open to insert a new battery, replace the battery will not lose data)
2. Measuring range: Relative pressure: -0.1-0.9Mpa. Absolute pressure: 0 -1.0Mpa.
Measurement accuracy: Density: 20 ℃ can reach 0.5 level, 1.0 level (-30 ℃ ~ 60 ℃ )
Temperature: ± 1.5 ℃;

5. Use of the environment: -30-60 ℃, atmospheric pressure 86-106Kpa. relative humidity: ≤ 95 ﹪

8. Long-term stability value: density: ≤±0.05% range/year; temperature: ≤±0.1% range/year; pressure: ≤±0.05% range/year.
9. Refresh rate: wireless normal operation of the online monitoring department using low-power hibernation technology, in order to meet the 5-120 minutes to collect a SF6 gas parameters under the conditions of the average current is less than 200uA. When the test data to produce a change in the instantaneous wake-up real-time data sent to the background (can be set according to user requirements).

V.Installation and use
1. The remote SF6 density relay must be installed vertically on the equipment interface, the shell on the explosion-proof cap non-professionals are prohibited open, to prevent changes in the atmospheric pressure of its inner cavity from affecting the accuracy of the product.
2. At installation, open the protective cover of the original equipment make-up air port and clean the surface with a dust-free cloth, alcohol or wet tissue paper. Apply sealing grease to the sealing ring. A spanner must be used to fix the tightening nut on the joint area.
3. Battery replacement: open the battery compartment cover by hand, pull out the battery and replace it, insert the new battery into the battery compartment and rotate it slightly, insert it with a little force after aligning it with the slot; it will not lose data when replacing the battery.
VI. VI. Guide for Order
1. When ordering, please specify the remote SF6 density sensor manifold model (wired or wireless), on-site equipment manufacturer's name to confirm the make-up gas interface size. The direction of the make-up air interface to provide on-site photos.
2. Please specify the special requirements of customers in the contract or agreement to solve.
VII. Inspection and Custody
1. After receiving the product, the user should check whether the box is intact and immediately identify the reason for the damage.
2. Open the box and take out the product to check whether it is complete, and the product certification manual is intact, if any is damaged, please immediately notify our factory.
3. Store the product in a dry and ventilated place, the storage temperature is 0~40℃, relative humidity≤80%, the indoor air shouldn't contain the medium causing corrosive effect to the product.
