1.Purpose
ZMJ-Ⅲ type pointer SF6 density detector is widely used in high and middle voltage switches power electric appliance industry. The product absorb the advanced technology of the same industry both domestic and foreign, it has a unique and advanced temperature compensation function. The product is for high and medium voltage switch, to detect and control the SF6 gas in electrical equipment, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, to prevent the SF6 gas leakage damage to the equipment, so as to play a protective role for the equipment.
2. Principles of Operation
ZMJ-Ⅲ type pointer type SF6 density relay is to SF6 gas pressure through the temperature compensation to show the density of SF6 gas, the product in the use of temperature range of any temperature, the indicated pressure value is room temperature 20 ℃ pressure (density) value. When the equipment is filled with SF6 gas at rated pressure, the pressure value of SF6 gas changes according to the influence of temperature, and then the temperature compensation device of the product will compensate the changed value, so that the pressure value remains unchanged. Only the SF6 gas leakage, the pressure drops to the alarm pressure value, the instrument sends out an alarm signal, prompting the staff equipment internal SF6 gas pressure drop, the pressure drops to the locking pressure value, the instrument sends out a locking signal, the control mechanism will stop the equipment operation.

5. Installation & Use
1. The relay must be mounted vertically on the interface of the equipment. The explosion-proof cap on the housing loosen by 1-2 turns so that the inner chamber is open to the atmosphere to avoid affecting the accuracy.
2. The relay must be tightened with a spanner on the connector part during installation. It is forbidden to rotate the head to fix it.
3. The pressure of the relay should be raised and lowered slowly to prevent damage to the relay.
Relay unused temperature compensation in the non-temperature compensation equilibrium state, the pointer changes with the ambient temperature, the temperature is higher than 20 ℃, the pointer is below the 0 position line. When the temperature is lower than 20℃, the pointer is higher than the 0 position line. When the ambient temperature deviates from 20℃, the pointer deviates about 0.02 Mpa. per 10℃. When the relay is filled with SF6 gas of rated pressure value, the relay will work on the value of the relationship between density and pressure of SF6 gas at 20℃.
6. Guide for Order
1. Please note the instrument model, rated pressure, alarm pressure, blocking pressure, connector thread and silicone oil filling or not when ordering.
2. Please specify the special requirements in the contract or settle by agreement.
3. The corresponding values of rated pressure, alarm pressure and blocking pressure will be produced, and the common specifications are shown in the table below (can be produced according to customer's requirements):

7. Acceptance and Custody
1. After receiving the product, the user should check the box is complete or not, if there is any damage, it should immediately find out the reason.
2. Open the box and take out the product to check it is intact or not, the product certificate and manual are complete or not, if there is any damage, it should be informed to our factory immediately.
3. Store the product in a dry and ventilated place, the storage temperature is 0~40℃,relative humidity≤80%, the indoor air shouldn't contain the medium causing corrosive effect to the product.
