Product Introduction

I. Purpose

The SF6 remote density relay manifold is mainly used to control and monitor the density of SF6 gas in sealed container. Generally used in SF6 high voltage switch, medium voltage switch, gas insulated equipment (GIS), high voltage cable, transformer and mutual inductor, and suitable for outdoor harsh environment. Installed in the equipment make-up gas, micro water port; convenient and fast. The density value of the original mechanical density relay can be transmitted to the terminal of the target equipment, and the SF6 remote density relay valve set is reserved for replenishment. At the same time, the manifold is equipped with safe and reliable circuit transmission function, to realise real-time data remote reading and information monitoring to establish an effective platform. It can transmit pressure, temperature, density and other information to the target equipment in time (usually a computer terminal). The data can be analysed by the target equipment to control the corresponding terminal action.

SF6 remote density relay manifold will transmit valid data to the target equipment through wireless relay in time. The target equipment can read the density and other information of the equipment in real time, the data transmission adopts the wireless receiving method, ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data. The data is reliably and safely transmitted to the equipment terminal, for the terminal equipment to make timely and effective control to lay a solid hardware platform. It will become a powerful tool for electronic monitoring industry.

II. Features

III. Technical Parameter:

1) The core pressure sensor core using the U.S. TE, battery 19000AH, to ensure at least six years replacement use. (Battery replacement: hand-rotating open shell, the power plug peeled open and inserted into the new battery, the replacement of the battery will not lose data, my company provides two free battery replacement)

2) Measuring range: Density: -0.1Mpa-0.9 Mpa;

Temperature: -40℃-+80℃.

Pressure: 0.1-0.9 Mpa.

3) Measurement accuracy: density: 1.0 grade; temperature: ±1.5 ℃;

4)Long-term stability value: density: ≤±0.05% of range/year; temperature: ≤±0.1% of range/year; pressure: ≤±0.05% of range/year.

5) Refresh rate: wireless normal operation of the online monitoring department using low-power hibernation technology, to meet the 10-minute collection of SF6 gas parameters under the conditions of the average current is less than 200uA. When the detection of changes in the data, the instantaneous wake-up real-time data sent to the background. The week of single meter refreshing is ≤100mS (adjustable).

6) Pressure display range: -0.1-0.9MPa.

7) Sealing performance: helium leak detection, sealing requirements ≤ 10-8 mbar·l/s.

VI. Inspection and Custody

1. After receiving the product, the user should check whether the box is intact and immediately identify the reason for the damage.

2. Open the box and take out the product to check whether it is complete, and the product certification manual is intact, if any is damaged, please immediately notify our factory.

3. Store the product in a dry and ventilated place, the storage temperature is 0~40℃, relative humidity≤80%, the indoor air shouldn't contain the medium causing corrosive effect to the product.
