Purpose
Y63 type pointer SF6 density detector is widely used in high and middle voltage switches power electric appliance industry. The product absorb the advanced technology of the same industry both domestic and foreign, with a unique structural principle. The product is for high and medium voltage switch, to detect and control the SF6 gas in electrical equipment, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, to prevent the SF6 gas leakage damage to the equipment, so as to play a protective role for the equipment.
Principles of Operation
Y63 type pointer SF6 density monitor is based on the change of SF6 gas pressure, so that the displacement of Bourdon-tube end drives the amplification mechanism to rotate, through the pointer
Indicated on the dial, the pointer drives the set signal output contact.
When the equipment is filled with SF6 gas at rated pressure, the SF6 gas is affected by temperature and the pressure value rises or falls, such as when the pressure rises or falls to the contact set point. The instrument sends out an alarm signal to alert the staff that the SF6 gas pressure inside the equipment exceeds the standard.

Installation & Use
1. The meter connector must be installed horizontally on the connector of the equipment.
2. Installation must be tightened with a spanner in the connector area, and it is strictly prohibited to rotate the gauge head to fix it.
3. The gauge should be raised and lowered slowly to prevent damage.
Guide for Order
1. Please note the alarm pressure, connector thread and silicone oil filling or not when ordering.
2. Special requirements of customers should be specified in the contract or settled by agreement.
3. The corresponding alarm pressure value will be produced, and the common specifications are shown in the table below (can be produced according to the customer's requirements):

Inspeciotn and Custody
1.After receiving the product, the user should check whether the box is intact and immediately identify the reason for the damage.
2. Open the box and take out the product to check whether it is complete, and the product certification manual is intact, if any is damaged, please immediately notify our factory.
3. Store the product in a dry and ventilated place, the storage temperature is 0~40℃, relative humidity≤80%, the indoor air shouldn't contain the medium causing corrosive effect to the product.
