Ⅰ Product Overview

ZW32-12 type vacuum circuit breaker with recloser and breaker (below) is an outdoor high-voltage power distribution equipment with rated voltage of 12KV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It is mainly used for opening and closing load current, overload current and short-circuit current in power system. Suitable for substations and industrial and mining enterprises for protection and control of power distribution systems, more suitable for urban and rural power grid construction and transformation and frequent operation of the place.

Ⅱ Use of environmental conditions

Ambient air temperature: -40℃～+40℃;

Altitude: not exceeding 2000m.

The surrounding air can be contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive gases, vapour or salt spray;

Wind speed not exceeding 34m/s (equivalent to 700Pa on a cylindrical surface);

The vibration or ground motion from the switch-gear and control equipment is negligible;

Anti-pollution level: Class III.

Ⅲ Structural features:

The circuit breaker adopts three-phase pillar structure, which has the features of stable and reliable opening and breaking performance, no burning and explosion hazards, maintenance-free, small volume, light weight and long service life.

The circuit breaker adopts fully enclosed structure with good sealing performance, which helps to improve the moisture-proof and condensation-proof performance and is especially suitable for use in cold or humid areas.

Three-phase pillar and current transformer adopts imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, or indoor epoxy resin outsourcing organic silicone rubber solid insulation; with high and low temperature resistance, ultraviolet resistance, aging resistance and other characteristics.

Operating mechanism adopts miniaturized spring-operated mechanism, small power of energy storage motor, low energy consumption for opening and closing the gate; the mechanism transmission adopts the true-action transmission mode, small number of parts and components, high reliability. The actuating mechanism is placed in the sealed mechanism box, which solves the problem of rust and corrosion of the actuating mechanism and improves the reliability of the mechanism.

5. The circuit breaker can be operated manually or electrically and remotely. It can be matched with intelligent controller to realize power distribution automation, and can also be matched with re-closing controller to form automatic re-closer and sectionalizer.

6. The circuit breaker can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase current transformer for over-current or short-circuit protection, and it can also provide current collection signal to the intelligent controller; according to the user's requirements, it can be equipped with current transformer for metering.

7. This circuit breaker can be equipped with external three-phase linked disconnecting switch, with clearly visible break under the disconnecting switch opening state, and with an error-proof interlocking device between the body and the circuit breaker, and the circuit breaker can be operated only when the disconnecting knife is fully closed or fully opened. It can be connected with lightning arrester pillar insulator for easy maintenance.

Ring function (automatic network reconstruction function after failure): undervoltage protection, power delayed closing (within 5 seconds of successful closing and then power loss, will be split-locked, the fault record shows that the power loss of the split), power loss delayed tripping. When the voltage at both ends of the equipment is lower than the trip voltage set by the user, the equipment will implement delayed trip protection; when one side of the equipment gets power and is higher than the closing voltage set by the user, the equipment will delay closing and delivering power; when both ends of the equipment in the split state are at the same time at a higher voltage than the closing voltage, the equipment will not be closed and will carry out the function of contact switch.
