Product Overview ZN85-40.5P type series high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for indoor high-voltage switchgear with a rated voltage of 40.5KV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It is of a trolley-type structure used with KYN61-40 switch-gear.

ZN85-40.5P indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker is of rated voltage 40.5kV, three-phase and AC 50/60Hz. It applies to mining firms, powerhouses and substations acting as protection and control electric apparatus. It is also applicable on occasions with frequent operations.

Structural Features:

Circuit breaker adopts integrated and modular design, the overall structure is simple and reasonable, the use of upper and lower, arc extinguishing chamber part on the top, interlock and operating part on the bottom. The use of special spring gas operating mechanism, no adjustment, stable and reliable action.

The vacuum interrupter of the three-phase conductive circuit of the circuit breaker is arranged in a closed insulating cylinder, which is made of materials with reliable mechanical and electrical properties and a mature vacuum pouring process. This not only significantly improves the insulation performance between phases, but also makes each phase circuit not affected by the harsh external environment, which dust and foreign matter can be prevented from entering the main circuit, and the overall size of the circuit breaker is reduced.

The circuit breaker shall adopt WL-35855X vacuum interrupter produced by American Cutler-Hammer Company or adopt the latest domestic design of coil type longitudinal strong magnetic field structure vacuum interrupter. It adopts ceramic shell, copper wall chromium contact material, with small size, high insulation level, strong arc extinguishing ability, long electrical life and excellent performance of breaking and closing short circuit current.
