Ⅰ Overview:
ZW32-12 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor switch-gear with a rated voltage of 12KV and three-phase AC 50Hz, mainly used to open and close the load, overload, and short-circuit current of the power system, which is applicable to substations, industrial and mining enterprises and urban and rural distribution networks for protection and control, especially suitable for frequent operation and city network automation distribution network.
The ZW32 vacuum circuit breaker is equipped with a spring energy storage operating mechanism, which can be operated manually, electrically and remotely.

Ambient air temperature: upper limit +30℃, lower limit -40℃;
wind pressure does not exceed 700Pa(equivalent to wind speed 34m/s);
Amplitude: abnormal violent vibration;
anti-pollution level III level.
Ⅲ Switch structure features:
1. The circuit breaker adopts three-phase pillar structure, with stable and reliable breaking performance, no combustion and explosion risk, maintenance-free, small size, light weight and long life.
2. The circuit breaker adopts a fully closed structure, good sealing performance, help to improve moisture-proof, anti-condensation performance, especially suitable for use in cold or humid areas.
3. Three-phase pillar and current transformer using imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, or indoor epoxy resin outsourcing organic silicone rubber solid insulation: with high and low temperature resistance, ultraviolet resistance, aging resistance and other characteristics.
4. The operating mechanism adopts miniaturized spring operating mechanism, the energy storage motor power is small, the switching and closing energy consumption is low: the mechanism transmission adopts the real transmission mode, the number of parts is small, and the reliability is high. The operating mechanism is placed in the sealed mechanism box, which solves the problem of corrosion of the operating mechanism and improves the reliability of the mechanism.
5. The circuit breaker, closing operation can be manual or electric operation and remote control operation. It can be matched with intelligent controller to realize distribution automation, and can also be matched with coincidence controller to form automatic recloser and sectioner.
6. The circuit breaker can be installed two-phase or three-phase current transformer, for overcurrent or short circuit protection, can also provide current acquisition signal to the intelligent controller: according to user requirements can be installed with metering current transformer.
7. The breaker can be external three-phase linkage isolation switch, in the isolation switch opening state has obvious visible fracture, and has an anti-error interlock device between the circuit breaker body, only when the isolation knife is fully closed or fully opened can operate the circuit breaker. Can be attached to the post insulator, easy maintenance.
