Introduction:
ZW32-40.5 outdoor vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is an outdoor power distribution equipment with rated voltage of 12KV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It is mainly used for breaking and closing load current, overload current and short-circuit current in power system. It is also suitable for the protection and control of substation, industrial and mining enterprise substation system and rural power grid where the operation is frequent.
ZW32-40.5 high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker conforms to GB 1984 "AC High-voltage Circuit Breaker" and IEC 60056 "High-voltage AC Circuit Breaker" of International Electrotechnical Commission and other standards.
The circuit breaker has the features of small size, light weight, anti-condensation, maintenance-free, etc., and can adapt to the harsh climatic conditions and dirty environment.
Ⅱ Features:
1. The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase pillar structure, which has the characteristics of good breaking performance, no danger of combustion and explosion, maintenance-free, small volume, light weight and long service life.
2. ZW32-40.5 adopts fully closed structure with good sealing performance, which is conducive to improving moisture-proof and condensation-proof performance, and is especially suitable for use in cold or humid areas.
3. The three-phase pillar and current transformer adopt imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, or domestic epoxy resin outsourced silicone rubber solid insulation, which has the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance, ultraviolet ray resistance and aging resistance.
4. The operating mechanism adopts a miniaturized spring operating mechanism, with small power of energy storage motor and low energy consumption for opening and closing; the mechanism transmission adopts direct transmission mode, with less number of parts and high reliability. The operating mechanism is placed in the sealed mechanism box, which solves the corrosion problem of the operating mechanism and improves the reliability of the mechanism.
5. The opening and closing operation of the circuit breaker can be operated manually or electrically,and can also be operated by remote control. It can be matched with intelligent controller to realise power distribution automation, and can also be combined with recloser to form automatic recloser and sectional circuit breaker.
6. The circuit breaker can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase current transformer for over-current or short-circuit protection, and can also provide current collection signal to the intelligent controller; the current transformer for metering can be increased according to the requirements of users.
7. The circuit breaker can be equipped with a three-phase linkage isolating switch, and there is a visible fracture when the isolating switch is open, and it is equipped with an anti-mistake interlocking device with the circuit breaker body. When the circuit breaker is in the closing position, the isolation switch cannot be opened or closed; the circuit breaker can only be operated when the isolation knife is fully closed or fully opened. And the surge arrester strut insulators can be connected together for easy maintenance.
