Structure:

1 Structural Features

1.1 Circuit breaker adopts integrated and modular design, the overall structure is simple and reasonable, the use of upper and lower, arc extinguishing chamber part on the top, interlock and operating part on the bottom. The use of special spring gas operating mechanism, no adjustment, stable and reliable action.

1.2 The vacuum interrupter of the three-phase conductive circuit of the circuit breaker is arranged in a closed insulating cylinder, which is made of materials with reliable mechanical and electrical properties and a mature vacuum pouring process. This not only significantly improves the insulation performance between phases, but also makes each phase circuit not affected by the harsh external environment, which dust and foreign matter can be prevented from entering the main circuit, and the overall size of the circuit breaker is reduced.

1.3 The circuit breaker shall adopt WL-35855X vacuum interrupter produced by American Cutler-Hammer Company or adopt the latest domestic design of coil type longitudinal strong magnetic field structure vacuum interrupter. It adopts ceramic shell, copper wall chromium contact material, with small size, high insulation level, strong arc extinguishing ability, long electrical life and excellent performance of breaking and closing short circuit current.

2 Principle of mechanical action

Figure 1 is the internal structure of the circuit breaker Circuit breaker is mainly composed of conductive circuit, arc extinguishing system, insulation system, operating system. The dynamic conductive rod of the arc extinguishing chamber is connected with the operating mechanism through the insulating tie rod and the transmission connecting rod.

2.1 Closing operation: The operating mechanism 9 is stored by the motor on the closing spring. After the closing electromagnet action, the closing spring through the CAM and connecting rod 8 to drive the arm 7 counterclockwise rotation, the arm drive connecting rod 6 and screw 5 upward movement, complete the closing operation. At the same time, the opening spring and the contact pressure spring are stored. Make the interrupter contact to maintain a certain pressure, but also for the opening operation to prepare.

2.2 Opening operation: After the opening electromagnet is energized, the closing bullet in the operating mechanism is released, and the arc extinguishing chamber dynamic guide rod moves downward under the opening spring to complete the opening operation of the vacuum extinguishing chamber.

2.3 Manual energy storage operation: Insert the manual energy storage operation handle into the jack of the operating mechanism, and then swing (about 60) to the left and right, and use one-way bearings to complete the closing Energy storage of the spring. After the energy storage, you can manually press the closing and opening buttons to realize the closing and opening operation.
