Ⅱ Structural Composition:
LW8-40.5 Outdoor sulfur Hexafluoride circuit breaker is composed of several essential components, including an operating mechanism, interrupter unit, and arc extinguishing system. The operating mechanism provides energy required for switching operation, and it can be manually or electrically operated. The interrupter unit includes an SF6 arc-extinguishing chamber, contact system, and other auxiliary devices.
The SF6 circuit breaker uses SF6 gas as an arc-extinguishing and insulating medium to achieve excellent breaking and short-circuit current interruption performance. The contact system is used to establish and break the circuit. The arc extinguishing system is responsible for extinguishing the arc generated in the process of opening and closing the circuit breaker.
Ⅲ Features:
Excellent breaking performance, the use of compressed gas to interrupt the arc chamber, short arc time, long electric life, at the rated voltage continuous breaking 31.5KA short-circuit current up to 21 times without overhauling, not to replace the six sulfur gas; high mechanical reliability. Mechanical life of more than 3,000 times; can be frequently operated, each unit can be installed 12 current transformers for users to choose. The product adopts the new MKZ type SF6 pointer density gauge, the pressure gauge reading is not affected by temperature changes, easy to use. The circuit breaker meets the requirements of national standard GB1984-89 "AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker" and International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC56 publication "High Voltage AC Circuit Breaker". The product is equipped with CT14 type spring mechanism.

4,Configuration of CT with high precision
It can be attached with casing type CT, the precision can be up to 0.2S level, the secondary load can be up to 40VA and above, and the protection level can be up to 5P30 level and above. In order to satisfy the needs of different users, the LW8-35AG type circuit breaker can be attached with epoxy casting CT externally.
