High Voltage Capacitor Power Supply Model No.: LEDZW-12

This product is a power supply that can be directly powered from 10kV lines (adopting the C-L power supply mode). It can meet the power supply requirements of all integrated primary and secondary intelligent switches and controllers nowadays. It eliminates the critical drawback of traditional voltage transformers that may be damaged due to ferromagnetic resonance, making it an ideal alternative to the power supply method of traditional voltage transformers.
This product has significant advantages when replacing the power supply of vacuum circuit breakers (power supplies for control units and FTUs). It enables you to significantly reduce costs (eliminating the voltage transformer cabinet and installation costs, reducing operation and
maintenance costs, etc.) and lower risks (such as the risk of resonance explosion).

Product Overview
The power supply is a power supply device that directly connects the
high-voltage end to the device and obtains electrical energy from the
output end. It is mainly composed of a capacitor unit and an
electromagnetic unit, wherein the electromagnetic unit includes an
intermediate transformer and a harmonic elimination circuit.

Working Pr inciple
The circuit block diagram is shown in the figure below. In the figure, the
capacitor C is the high-voltage power-taking capacitor, and T is the
power-taking transformer. These two components constitute the C-L
power-taking mode. The advantage of this method is that the power is
large and the overall volume is small

Red wire: connect to high voltage terminal
Terminal 1: ground
Terminal 2: 220V output
Attention
When using, after connecting the wires, check that the grounding
wire is well grounded.
Note that the connection must be correct. After turning on the
power supply, turn on the load after the output voltage is normal.
