The VS1 Prime Series indoor AC high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for power systems with a rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase AC 50/60Hz.Featuring a modular integrated spring-operated mechanism, it delivers superior mechanical performance and is particularly well-suited for applications requiring frequent operation. The circuit breaker can function as a fixed installation unit or be equipped with a dedicated push-in mechanism to form a draw-out unit. It is compatible with KYN28A-12(Z) switchgear and can also be installed in fixed switchgear such as XGN2-12 and GG-1A, featuring reliable mechanical interlocks.

The VS1 Prime series indoor vacuum circuit breakers feature an overall structure where the operating mechanism and arc-extinguishing chamber are arranged front-to-back, with the main conductive circuit adopting a three-phase floor-mounted configuration. This design ensures the mechanical properties of the operating mechanism align more closely with the electrical performance required for opening and closing the arc-extinguishing chamber. The transmission mechanism is simplified and direct, reducing energy consumption and noise while enhancing the circuit breaker's overall reliability.

The operating mechanism employs a spring-energized design, enabling both manual and motorized operation. It is housed within a mechanism box, which also serves as the operating frame for the circuit breaker. The operating mechanism and the box can be assembled separately. Its energy storage, closing, and tripping components feature minimal parts, low operating force, a compact and simple structure, and high reliability.

Product Operating Conditions:

1. Ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40°C, with an average value not exceeding 35°C over a 24-hour period. The minimum ambient air temperature is -15°C.

2. Altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters.

6. Vibrations or ground movements originating outside the switchgear and control equipment have no significant relationship to the normal operating mode of the equipment.
