The ZN39-40.5C/D vacuum circuit breaker takes TD8113A ceramic vacuum interrupter produced by us, the contacts use a new type of total magnetic field mechanism as the movable and static contacts break with electricity under the action of the operating mechanism, and the contact gap will burn the vacuum arc and extinguish the arc during the current crosses zero, due to the special structure of the contacts, the contact gap will generate appropriate longitudinal magnetic field during the burning period, this magnetic field can make the arc evenly distributed on the contact surface. Maintain low arc voltage, reduce arc energy and electro-corrosion rate, and make the vacuum interrupter with high post-arc medium recovery speed, small arc energy, and electro-corrosion rate to improve VCB's breaking capacity and electrical life.
The ZN39-40.5C/D vacuum circuit breaker also has a set of interlocking devices, which conveniently uses with the switchgear. The interlocking device locks the vacuum circuit breaker at the closed position to prevent it from tripping due to the wrong pull of the trolley in the closed state. In an emergency, please operate the CS manual mechanism to keep the locking pin contacting latches to make the circuit breaker trips.
