ZN39-40.5C/T(D) series vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor high-voltage distribution device with three-phase AC 50Hz and a rated voltage of 40.5KV, which matches with JYN1-35/GBC-35 type switch-gear. It is available for controlling and protecting power plants, substations, and other transmission and distribution systems, and is especially suitable for frequent operation.
The ZN39-40.5C/D vacuum circuit breaker is a trolley type with a reasonable structure, easy maintenance, safety, and reliability. It's composed of a vacuum interrupter chamber, operating mechanism, insulator, rotating parts, frame, and so on. It takes the front and rear arrangement for the operating mechanism and

the vacuum interrupter chamber, installing upward for the dynamic conductive rod of the vacuum interrupter chamber and connecting with the operating mechanism through the abductor's arm and insulated rod to complete the breaking and closing. It has a set of interlocking devices, which conveniently uses with the switch-gear. The interlocking device locks the vacuum circuit breaker at the closed position to prevent it from tripping due to the wrong pull of the trolley in the closed state. In an emergency, please operate the CS manual mechanism to keep the locking pin contacting latches to make the circuit breaker trips.
It takes TD8113A ceramic vacuum interrupter produced by us, the contacts use a new type of total magnetic field mechanism as the movable and static contacts break with electricity under the action of the operating mechanism, and the contact gap will burn and extinguish the arc during the current crosses zero, due to the special structure of the contacts, whose gap will generate appropriate longitudinal magnetic field during the burning period, this magnetic field can make the arc evenly distributed on the contact surface. Maintain low arc voltage, reduce arc energy and electro corrosion rate, and make the vacuum interrupter with high post-arc medium recovery speed, small arc energy, and electro corrosion rate to improve VCB's breaking capacity and electrical life.
